Summary: We accept returns within 14 days of delivery on a case-by-case basis. All returns require prior approval from our team. Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging. Return shipping is at the customer's expense. Refunds are issued as store credit by default; original payment method refunds are at our discretion.

1. Our Return Philosophy

Wupora is committed to quality. Every unit is inspected before dispatch. We stand behind our products — however, we operate as a lean direct-to-consumer brand and cannot absorb the cost of returns that result from buyer's remorse, ordering errors, or misuse. Our return policy is designed to be fair to genuine cases while protecting our ability to keep prices competitive for all customers.

2. Return Window

Return requests must be submitted within 14 calendar days of the date of delivery as confirmed by the carrier tracking system. Requests submitted after 14 days will not be accepted under any circumstances. It is your responsibility to inspect your order promptly upon receipt.

3. Conditions for Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted at our sole discretion and only when ALL of the following conditions are met:

Non-Returnable Items: Items that have been installed, used, or exposed to pets are not eligible for return under any circumstances, regardless of how briefly. We cannot resell any item that has been in contact with an animal.

5. How to Initiate a Return

Email our team within 14 days
Send an email to supportwupora@gmail.com with subject line "Return Request — [Your Order Number]". Include your order number, reason for return, and 3–5 photos of the item in its current condition and original packaging.

Await RMA approval
Our team will review your request within 3–5 business days. We will confirm eligibility and issue an RMA number if approved. We may request additional information or photos. Approval is not guaranteed and is at our sole discretion.

Ship the item back
Pack the item securely in its original packaging. Write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the parcel. Use a tracked shipping method — you are responsible for the item until we confirm receipt. Return shipping costs are your responsibility.

Inspection and processing
Once received, our team will inspect the item within 3–5 business days. If the return is approved, store credit will be issued within 5 business days. If the item does not meet return conditions upon inspection, it will be returned to you at your expense and no refund will be issued.

6. Refund Method and Amount

Approved refunds are issued as Wupora store credit by default. Store credit has no expiry date and can be applied to any future purchase.

Refunds to original payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.) are issued at our discretion and only in cases where: (a) we determine the product was materially defective; or (b) the order was our confirmed fulfilment error. Refunds to original payment method, if approved, are processed within 5–10 business days and may take additional time to appear on your statement depending on your bank.

Partial refunds may be issued in cases where only part of an order is returned or where items are returned in a condition that has reduced their resale value, at our sole judgment.

7. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a product that is materially defective or if we shipped you the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographs of the issue. We will, at our discretion, offer a replacement, repair, or full refund. Normal wear, color variation, or minor cosmetic differences from product images do not constitute a defect.

8. Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking shows "delivered" but you did not receive your package, you must first: (a) check with neighbors and building management; (b) contact the carrier directly to file a claim; and (c) notify us within 5 business days of the marked delivery date. We will assist in filing a carrier claim, but we are not liable for packages stolen after delivery or marked delivered by the carrier. Replacement is at our sole discretion and subject to carrier claim outcomes.

9. Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting our support team is a violation of these Terms and may result in: permanent ban from purchasing Wupora products; submission of order documentation to your card issuer to contest the chargeback; and referral to a collections agency for disputed amounts. We maintain detailed records of all orders, communications, and delivery confirmations.

10. Exchanges

We do not offer direct product exchanges at this time. If you wish to receive a different product, please initiate a return (subject to eligibility above) and place a new order separately.
