Promotional pricing, bundle offers, and discount codes are time-limited and may be withdrawn at any time. All prices are in USD and do not include applicable taxes unless stated. Taxes are calculated and applied at checkout based on your shipping address and applicable laws.
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. Order confirmation emails are acknowledgment of receipt, not acceptance of your order. Acceptance occurs when we dispatch your item(s).
Payment is processed by third-party payment processors. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the full order amount including applicable taxes and fees. In the event of a payment dispute or chargeback, we reserve the right to pursue collection, suspend your account, and report the matter to relevant authorities.
Estimated shipping times are provided as a courtesy and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, weather events, or circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon handover to the shipping carrier. If a package is marked "delivered" by the carrier, we are not responsible for packages stolen or lost after delivery. Claims for non-delivery must be submitted within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.

The Wupora Rider™ and associated products are intended to protect your vehicle's interior and improve your pet's comfort during travel. They are not safety restraints and are not certified or designed to replace proper pet safety harnesses or restraints in the event of a collision.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, display, or commercially exploit any content from our Site without our express written permission. Unauthorized use may result in legal action.
Customer-submitted reviews, photos, and videos grant Wupora a perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, modify, publish, and display that content across all of our marketing channels.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WUPORA, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF OUR SITE OR PRODUCTS, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
OUR TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF OUR PRODUCTS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE PRODUCT(S) GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions. If not resolved within 30 days, disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration under the American Arbitration Association's Consumer Arbitration Rules. You waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision shall not be deemed a waiver of that right or provision.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Return Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Wupora with respect to the subject matter herein and supersede all prior communications, representations, and agreements.
