How do I return an item?+
Email us at supportwupora@gmail.com with your order number within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging. See our full Return Policy.
My item arrived damaged — what do I do?+
We're sorry to hear that. Email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and 3–5 clear photos of the damage. We'll arrange a replacement or refund promptly — this is our error and we'll fix it.
Can I change or cancel my order?+
Orders can only be changed or cancelled within 2 hours of placement, before processing begins. Email us immediately at supportwupora@gmail.com with "Cancel Order — [Order Number]" as the subject line.
Does it fit my specific car?+
The Wupora Rider™ fits all standard rear bench seats — sedans, SUVs, hatchbacks, pickup trucks, and minivans. It measures 51"W × 61"L. If your car has non-standard rear seating or you're unsure, email us with your vehicle make and model.
Is it safe for my dog's health?+
Yes. Wupora Rider™ contains no harsh or concentrated chemicals, no PVC, and no toxic dyes. The waterproofing is achieved through hot-press bonded seams, not chemical treatment. It's safe for dogs of all ages, sizes, and sensitivities.
